Who is it for: Men & Women

Experience level: Beginner & Intermediate - full gym access required

What's involved: 6 weeks - 3 workouts each week

This program is all about teaching you the fundamentals to improve your movement, strength levels and body composition. This program is aimed at beginners, but would also suit an intermediate or anyone coming back from injury. Each exercise is explained in extensive detail along with a video demonstration.
